Identify initial supporters and donors to contact, and map out working group’s connections

• Initial supporter phases have been identified
• Connections to group and individual strategies to be developed

Decide upon donation mechanics

• Lead donors can drive some mechanics decisions
• Potential exists for shared gift account with clear process and purpose

Task Forces

• Frech, Palladino, and Trenary met with Rec Sports and they are confident we can start development conversations
• Initial development conversations are beginning
