2021 Milestone: Launch the vision and begin development

• Identify initial supporters and donors to contact, and map out working group’s connections
• Share working vision with Spectators
• Establish order of admissions assistance pursuit, and consider when to connect with Spencer, Martin, John Paul, Athletics
• Decide upon donation mechanics (gift account, endowment, MRF, new account?)

• Initial supporter phases have been identified
• Connections to group and individual strategies are being developed

Decide upon donation mechanics

• Lead donors can drive some mechanics decisions
• Shared gift account with clear process and purpose being setup

Messaging Task Force

• Full presentation seems appropriate for initial conversations with close supporters
• Task Force presented strategy for broader launch in the fall
• Tag line options are under consideration + will be workshopped

Improved Player Support Task Force

• Trenary segmented potential donors by who (Rec Sports or MRF) should lead on development conversations
• Initial targeted contact continuing
• Trenary and Palladino identifying point people for conversations

Facility Task Force

• Focused on lead donor identification and needs prioritization
• Teams are providing their needs prioritization
• + Targeting OBW to rally main support group

Full-time Coaching Task Force

• Initial tasks are outlined
• Tasks are being worked through
• + Investigating roles and responsibilities and process toward full-time from other teams

Admissions Task Force

• Initial tasks are outlined
• Tasks can be prioritized for work
• + Need to investigate debate’s admissions methods
